Realtor of the Year 2025 : Nicole Alby- RE/MAX Four Seasons

Each office votes for one agent inside or outside of their office. This award is based on several criteria:

REALTOR SPIRIT - 35%
Faithfulness and adherence to the principals of organized real estate, real estate laws and regulations, Association Bylaws and the REALTOR® Code of Ethics; time and effort expended in furthering principles of good real estate practices in their own business and among other real estate brokers, the press and general public; attainment of professional designations.

ACTIVITY IN COMMUNITY AFFAIRS - 20%
Local, state and national participation in civic and service clubs and charitable activities; participation in political and governmental commissions and committees; fraternal and religious involvement; etc.

ACTIVITY IN LOCAL ASSOCIATION OR STATE ASSOCIATION - 20%
Member Association offices held; committee work; special assignments; seminar and educational attendance or teaching; membership and offices held in State chapters of NAR institutes, societies and councils; etc.

BUSINESS ACCOMPLISHMENTS - 25%
Public recognition of business conduct and achievements; service to clients and customers; imaginative and creative advertising programs; etc.

Each agent votes for an agent outside of the office that they most like to do business with.

Rookie of the Year 2025

A new member since May 1st of the prior year (within 18 months of October 31st deadline) with the most sides sold between November 1st of the prior year and October 31st.

Each office votes for one NEWAR affiliate that goes above and beyond the call of duty in providing services to REALTORS®.

Top Producer's Club 2025

Bob Anderson- RE/MAX Select Associates 

Top Producers are determined by the number of sides sold between January 1 of the prior year and December 31. An agent needs 25 sides to qualify; a team needs 37.5 sides.
